Zhejiang Xiangpeng New Materials Company officially announced that it will introduce innovative technologies and expand its production line to meet the growing market demand. This strategic initiative includes the addition of an annual output of 4000 tons of MDOPE single recyclable film production line and 0.32 billion square meters of high barrier film production line project. The project will be located at No. 58 Gaoke Road, Longgang City, with a leased construction area of 10000 square meters, demonstrating Zhejiang Xiangpeng New Materials Company's commitment to innovation and sustainable development.

The core raw materials of the new production line will include high-density polyethylene particles, metallocene polyethylene particles, low-density polyethylene particles, processing aids, plastic films, coating liquids, and natural gas. Through a series of complex processes, including feeding, melting, extrusion, film blowing, film pulling, longitudinal stretching, corona, thickness measurement, slitting, coating and drying, the project will realize the production of 4000 tons of MDOPE single recyclable film per year and 0.32 billion square meters of high barrier film per year.
